Oman has over 15 nature reserves: NCSI

Muscat: The total number of nature reserves in the Sultanate has exceeded 15 in the year 2020, the National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI), said on Friday.

A statement issued online by the NCSI said: “The total number of reserves in the Sultanate has reached 20, of which 13 are marine reserves, 5 mountain wilderness reserves and two land reserves.”
